What we believe
We believe that the Bible is God's Word. It is accurate, authoritative and contemporary.
We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe that sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ as both God and man is the only One who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross in our place, and rose again to prove His victory and empower us for life.
We believe that in order to re-establish a relationship with God we must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and repent of our sin for forgiveness, and submit to His will for our lives.
We believe that in order to live the kind of life that God wants us to live, He gives the Holy Spirit to live within the lives of Believers. The Holy Spirit confirms to us our relationship with God, guides us into truth, helps us to encourage and build up other Believers, and empowers us to witness effectively.
We believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit have not passed away and that the Holy Spirit gives gifts for the building up and strengthening of the Church and as a demonstration of His presence in the Church.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised.
We believe that every person will stand before God for judgement where God will separate the righteous from the unrighteous. The righteous will live with God eternally in heaven while the unrighteous will suffer eternal damnation and separation from God.
